Program Overview
Your restaurant’s success boils down to the execution of these six steps.
1. Intake
We establish baseline reports and take inventory of your goals, systems, and behaviors across leadership and your team.
2. Goal Setting
As we discuss your current and ideal situations as well as the key players impacting results, we identify which departments or individuals to coach.
3. Staff Engagement

4. Weekly Coaching
Depending on the established goals, we meet weekly to work through improving or creating the systems and processes needed to achieve success.
5. Report & Review
Our progress is monitored by the changes in data from intake until now including staff and leadership assessments.
6. Continued Support
After the review, we will either return to weekly coaching or you will graduate our program if you have reached the goals we set during intake.
